I love working with bloggers and influencers to organize their business so they can have a financially successful, viable, and sustainable influencer business. And when I work with bloggers, I find that a lot of the processes they have in place aren’t optimized properly.
So today, I want to talk more about ensuring you have the right systems in place to ensure you’re not reinventing the wheel every time you do something so that you can be more efficient.
When you are doing the same thing more than once in your business, such as writing the same email, doing the same type of blog post, doing the same type of conversation to talk to someone, you need to make a system for it.
By having a system and a strategy with a step-by-step for how you do everything in your business, you’re going to be able to be much more efficient.
You’re going to be able to bring on team members because you have a process they can follow.
You’re going to save a lot of money because you’re not wasting your time explaining things to someone.
You’re not going to waste other people’s time because they’re not trying to figure out how to do these tasks themselves.
Once you have these systems in place, you can spend more time on the high-level tasks that are in your zone of genius.
These are the tasks that you’re the best at and that at the end of the day, affect your bottom line.
Spending more time in this zone instead of working on repetitive, small tasks, you’re more efficient and will enjoy checking off the tasks you love off your to-do list.
